Hello and welcome to The Greenspring Home! I am excited to be participating alongside some talented bloggers on this Welcoming Fall Home Tour. For those of you visiting from Jane at Home, thank you for joining us! We have gathered together an amazing group for you. The links for all of the participants can be found at the bottom of my post.
Today I am sharing with you three of my main living spaces… our informal dining room, bedroom, and living room. Be sure to hover over any image you love and save to Pinterest!

Fall Dining Room
Shop This Room:
I recently finished up our eat-in kitchen area and this is the first time I have photographed it. There was just an odd-fitting square dining table here before that we moved from our first house. I had this custom high-dining table made by Guy Furniture Guy to fit the space better.
Ultimately I decided to stick to an all neutral palette due to its simplicity. I love that I can swap out the decor seasonally without changing anything major.
As you can see, this dining nook is right off of our kitchen and where we eat primarily. I personally prefer bar-height tables as I find them very conversational.
I found all of these pumpkins at TJ Maxx actually, purposefully choosing a soft color scheme. They all vary in size and take up most of the center of the table.
Shop This Table Decor:
Every room needs a little greenery and I adore these long strands of succulents.
Shop These Barstools:
Here is a great view of my new barstools. I fell in love with this X-back style, but I struggled with which brand to purchase. There are actually four brands making a barstool similar to this one, all at varying price points. Ultimately I chose the second lowest cost option which is made of real wood and had really amazing reviews! I am extremely happy with them and I love that they didn’t cost a fortune.
Below is my typical day-to-day fall dining table decor. I simply have a large centerpiece leaving the rest of the table open. This season there are so many pretty fall faux florals that you can use to add small seasonal touches to your home!

Shop My Bedroom:
This fall I added a few new pieces to my master bedroom, and I love seeing the change they bring to the room. Anytime I buy new home decor it excites me! However, I try not to go crazy with seasonal decor since it is only on display for such a short period of time.
Can you spot what is new this season? During fall, I love all things cozy so I added a few layers to my bed with a quilt over my duvet and a fur throw on top.
Is anyone else as obsessed with buffalo check as I am? Admittedly I would put it in every room!
From this angle, you can see how I arrange each set of pillows on our King size bed. I hide our two sleeping pillows behind everything. There are three Euro pillows spanning the width of the headboard, and three throw pillows in front of those.
We are so lucky to have large windows on both sides of the bedroom, letting in copious amounts of natural light.
Once again I added my fall faux florals to dress up the otherwise all neutral space.
Fall Living Room
Shop My Living Room:
Remember that pretty buffalo check in my bedroom? I had to get more than one of those! I swapped out most of our spring and summer pillow covers for new fall prints.
These cherry striped pillow covers are perfect for the holidays as well, making them dual season.
One of the selling features of our home was vaulted ceilings in all of the living spaces and skylights that let in plenty of natural light.
Shop My Media Console:
We added white shiplap to the walls surrounding the fireplace for some added character. This little nook is perfect for our media console which hides our cable box.
When we moved in, the existing kitchen was closed off from the living room. We knocked down the wall in between to create an open concept living space.
